HDE series volumetric dosers are adaptable to auto-proportion mixing of virgin materials, regrinds, masterbatch, additives, accessory ingredient, adaptable to injection, extrusion or blow molding field. A precision DC brushless motor is used in this series, according to the set mixing proportion, the microprocessor accurately controls rotation of the high precise dosing screw to squeeze out materials with an deviation of ± 1%. This doser can connect with various molding machine signals in synchronicity, to ensure the stability of the products.

• Feeding screw motor is GGM brushless DC motor imported from South Korea, maintenance free.
• Intelligent controller with functions like screw stuck alarm, lack of material alarm, voltage over-current alarm, voltage over-voltage alarm, etc.
• The controller has a storage function, you can save each process, to facilitate the next application.
• The use of tilting feeding method to avoid varying feeding speed of the masterbatch at the top of the screw caused by the screw inertia, while tilting feeding method can solve the drawbacks, relatively reducing the color difference of the sample.
• To meet the dry contact and voltage of injection molding machine, extruder 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20MA, 0-20MA, frequency, digital and other signal input.
• It can be combined with the accelerated and decelerated operation of the extrusion (rolling) machine main screw .
• A special mode can be used with synthetic filament monofilament and filament spinning equipment.
• Feeding capacity optional types: HDE-08 type (0.08-1.5kg / h); HDE-12 type (0.1-3kg / h); HDE-16 type (0.2-10kg / h) ; HDE-20 type (0.4-20kg / h); HDE-24 type (0.8-38kg / h); etc. We can customize special feeding capacity.

Note:

1. "**" means the output capacity depends on the screw selected, data of the singles color doser can be a reference. For example: HDE30-12, output capacity is 0.1-3kg/hr.
2. "*" stands for external diameter of screw, it is up to model selected.
3. The output proportion of all models are 0.8, diameter2-3mm masterbatch in a test criteria of continuous running.
